How it works

From aging report to sale

PARTMKT helps dealership parts departments turn aging inventory into managed eBay listings and sales — without running eBay themselves.

For dealerships

  1. 1

    Upload your aging inventory

Upload the report your parts department already uses. No individual listing entry required.

  2. 2

    PARTMKT fills in the details

We identify the parts and prepare product information, images, fitment, and pricing where trusted data is available.

  3. 3

    Review only what needs attention

Most normal items move through automatically. You review exceptions, photos, or pricing when needed.

  4. 4

PARTMKT lists and maintains the inventory

Eligible parts are published to eBay and kept current as you upload fresh aging reports.

  5. 5

When a part sells, you ship it

Confirm the part, print the shipping label, and send it out. PARTMKT handles the workflow around the sale.

For buyers

  • 1Search PARTMKT-managed dealership inventory by part number or compatible vehicle where fitment data is available.
  • 2Review condition, quantity, price, and product details before you buy.
  • 3Items that are live show Buy on eBay — checkout and payment are completed securely through eBay.
  • 4The dealership fulfills the order from its physical inventory with tracked shipping.

What it costs

PARTMKT charges 5% of the part selling price when your inventory sells. No PARTMKT transaction fee if it doesn't sell. eBay marketplace fees, shipping costs, refunds, and other applicable transaction costs are separate.
