These terms govern your access to and use of the PARTMKT marketplace. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

1. The marketplace

PARTMKT operates a marketplace connecting verified parts sellers with buyers. PARTMKT is not the seller of record for marketplace listings unless expressly stated. The seller is responsible for the accuracy of its listing, the condition of the part, and fulfilment.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. Seller accounts require business verification.

3. Listings and fitment

Fitment and catalog information is provided for reference. A "Confirmed Fit" verdict reflects available data and does not replace professional judgment. Buyers should verify fitment against their VIN and installation requirements.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order creates a contract between the buyer and the seller. PARTMKT processes payment, deducts platform fees, and remits the balance to the seller under the seller terms.

5. Returns

Returns are governed by the PARTMKT returns policy and the return window on each listing.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Listing counterfeit, stolen, or recalled parts
• Misrepresenting condition, part numbers, or fitment
• Circumventing the marketplace to avoid fees
• Scraping, reverse engineering, or abusing the platform

7. Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, PARTMKT's aggregate liability is limited to the fees it received on the transaction at issue.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in advance.
