1. Verification

Sellers must be a registered business — a franchised dealership, dealer group, or parts distributor — and complete verification before listings are published.

2. Listing accuracy

You are responsible for part number, condition, quantity, and pricing accuracy. AI enrichment assists but does not transfer responsibility. Listings flagged low-confidence must be reviewed before publishing.

3. Handling and shipping

Ship within your stated handling time, using PARTMKT labels so tracking flows back to the buyer. Repeated late shipments may result in suspension.

4. Fees and payouts

PARTMKT charges a flat 5% platform fee on the merchandise total. Label costs are deducted from the payout. Payouts are released to your connected payout account after delivery.

5. Returns

Sellers must honor the return window shown on their listings and inspect returns promptly. Refunds for misdescribed parts are the seller's responsibility, including return shipping.

6. Suspension

PARTMKT may suspend or remove listings and accounts for counterfeit parts, misrepresentation, fee circumvention, or repeated fulfilment failures.
